Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Herpes Zoster (shingles)
A vaccine to protect older adults against shingles — typically two doses for adults 50+.
Human papillomavirus (HPV)
A vaccine that protects against HPV, which can cause certain cancers — recommended for adults up to age 26 or older if at risk.
Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR)
A vaccine to protect against measles, mumps, and rubella — covered for adults without evidence of immunity.
Meningococcal disease
A vaccine for meningococcal disease, which protects against meningitis — covered for those at risk.
Pneumococcal disease
A vaccine to protect against pneumococcal disease, like pneumonia — covered for adults 65+ or at risk.
Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap)
A booster shot to protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough — once every 10 years.
Varicella (chickenpox)

HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
Includes medication and the required services before starting:
- HIV testing
- Hepatitis B and C testing
- Creatinine testing and kidney function tests
- Pregnancy testing
- STI screening and counseling
- Adherence counseling to support proper use
STI prevention counseling (for adults at higher risk)
Counseling to help prevent sexually transmitted infections if you’re at higher risk — covered as needed.
Syphilis screening (for adults at higher risk)
A blood test to check for syphilis for adults at higher risk — covered as needed.
Hepatitis C screening (for persons at high risk)
A blood test for hepatitis C for adults at risk or born between certain years — covered once or more if at risk.
