Is an Enhanced Silver plan right for me?
Enhanced Silver plans have relatively low monthly costs, and when you receive care, your costs will fall on the lower end of the spectrum. They are a good fit for people who are moderate to heavy users of health services.
Enhanced Silver plans aren’t available to everyone — your income and household size make you eligible for this level. When you pay for services, those costs are reduced. Your deductible (the amount you pay before your plan begins to pay for expenses) is lower than for the standard Silver plans.
While Enhanced Silver plans are a great value for many people, if you’re a heavy medical user, you may consider a Gold or Platinum plan instead.
Free preventive services in all Enhanced Silver plans include annual checkups, certain screenings, immunizations, prenatal care, children’s vision care and preventive and diagnostic children’s dental care.
